Afterwards, headed off to SJU once again to attempt some studying. That was kinda useless, as Brian, Jenn Wu and I left soon after for MARBLE SLAB :D The line was long once again, but it was well worth the wait :) SO expensive though - I got a white chocolate raspberry swirl in a dipped cone for $8.48 o__O Twas an OK flavour; thinking of getting what Diana suggested next time - coffee flavour! =9 But they gave me a HUUUGE scoop.. it filled me up til after CCF, haha. I quite like their method of mixing on a marble slab :) Will limit my visits to around.. once or twice a term. Lol.
Had a mini-worship night with CCF at SLC (started singing old-school songs near the end.. with actions! haha). Then waited for Amanda to finish packing.. then headed off to the plaza for a late, late dinner from Phat Cat. Their gyros are so good!!! :D (and yes, Brian and Sean scared me again on the way.. :'( ).
The rest of the night was just spent chillin at SJU. We conferred about our housing for the fall term, watched videos (can i have yo number - HAHA), talked..
Today: some of us CCF-ers went over to REV to have a late lunch, and to see Amanda off. She's leaving for Malaysia next week! :O It was a pretty epic send-off - there were around 15 of us carrying her bags and walking with her to the parking lot (".. is that your ride? no? ... is THAT your ride??") It's just for four months, but we were saying goodbye as if we weren't gonna see her for a long time.. haha. Hope she has an awesome time with her family :D
And now we're at Grebel, either studying, playing Starcraft, or.. sleeping. The three S's.
